Here are the steps to disable Facebook Reviews or Recommendations.

1. Log in to your Facebook business page
2. Click on ‘Settings’
3. Click on ‘Templates and Tabs’ in the left column
4. Click on ‘Settings’ next to ‘Recommendations.’
5. Use the slider next to ‘Show Reviews’ to turn off Reviews or Recommendations
6. Click on the ‘Save’ button

How to Report Facebook Reviews or Recommendations

If any of your Reviews and Recommendations appear malicious or do not follow Facebook’s Community Standards, then you can report them. It is also possible to report negative Facebook reviews that contain spammy content or don’t follow content guidelines.

Here are the steps to report Facebook Reviews or Recommendations.

1. Log in to your Facebook business page
2. Click on ‘Reviews’ in the left column to display the entire list of reviews and ratings that your dealership has received so far
3. Locate the negative Facebook review that you want to remove
4. Click on the horizontal dots on the top right corner of the review box
5. Click on ‘Report Post’
6. A dialogue box pops-up with two reasons – ‘It has nothing to do with this page,’ or ‘I don’t think this should be on Facebook’
7. Select one relevant reason and the chosen review will be reported
